Broom Finish

Broom finish is your most basic and least expensive type of concrete finish used for exterior applications such as driveways and sidewalks. It provides a non slip surface and aesthetically pleasing look.

Smooth Finished Concrete

Smooth Finished concrete is a good option for patio’s and pool surrounds as it is easy on bare feet and provides a good look. Its also a common finish for interior applications such as garages and basements. We can provide different levels of smoothness depending on your requirement such as a basic smooth finish for area’s that are eventually covered by other flooring materials or triple trowelling your garage slab to give it a more polished look.

Exposed Aggregate

Exposed Aggregate is a ready mix concrete design incorporating the use aggregates that become visible or exposed from the basic grey finish of the concrete during the finishing process. Aggregates such as Granite and Quartz are exposed by washing away the top layer of cement from the finished surface. Typically in British Columbia these aggregates come from river rock as the rock is smooth from being eroded by water over many years. Additional aggregates can be added through a process of seeding to enhance the finish. Exposed aggregate provides a more pleasing look than basic grey concrete and is a good option for adding curb appeal to property

Stamped Concrete

Stamped Concrete offers a wide variety of looks by coloring the concrete and texturing the surface with a wide variety of rubber concrete stamps. There are many color options to choose from including adding color to the concrete mix integrally and adding colors to the finished
surface. You could have a variety of finishes ranging from the look of Granite to Wooden planks. And choosing colors to compliment the finishes of your home. Polished Concrete

Polished concrete is machined finished concrete using a power trowel. Its used only for interior concrete applications such as slabs and garages and can provide a very smooth, dust free, polished surface. We are pleased to offer this finish feel free to ask if your application is suitable for a machine finished polished concrete.

Colored Concrete

Colored Concrete is basically what it states. Your simply adding color to the concrete to give it a more unique look and compliment the finishes of your house or landscaping. It can be combined with any of the other type of finishes such as broomed, smooth, swirl and stamped concrete. Whenever colored concrete is used it is recommended to have the concrete sealed to protect the longevity of the color.
